As such the company benefited from the local knowledge and expertise of a major construction company together with the latest product and equipment technology available internationally. Delmon Readymix is the first company in the Middle East to install Command Alkon’s Precision Water System (PWS) on all of the Company’s main line batching plants. The system continually monitors the moisture of all sand and aggregate being used, ensuring that the precise amount of water is added to each batch to ensure compliance with any maximum water/cement ratios, and ensuring consistent slump is achieved time after time.

Fully equipped laboratories are maintained at all locations to carry out testing of fresh and hardened concrete. Component raw materials are veri ed for compliance and monthly summaries maintained. All test data is available on request. Specialist testing services can be provided which include insitu concrete temperature monitoring.
