From the time I ordered my custom window till the time it was delivered everything went well. They emailed that my order was received and paid for, emailed me - thanking me for the order - and that the order was in their system and a scheduled delivery date. They then emailed when the window was ready for delivery (the previous day). On the morning of the delivery, I was sent a tracking link - via text message - that showed how far the delivery was and where I was in the queue! Window was delivered as promised on time, undamaged by a very polite delivery guy. I wish all my purchase experiences for building products was this easy and carefree!!
