Consistent with SNIA technology, the production process for this product starting with the mixing of monomers as feedstock input to the reactors for polymer solution in Dimethylformamide (DMF) in the Chemical Area through to fiber production, drawing, finishing and packaging is continuous and that at each stage samplings and controls are conducted and finally the product is graded and released in accordance with the test results. Bright, dull and semi-dull products are normal products but colored, super-white and antibacterial products are customized. The product is packaged in bales weighing ± kg and then put in covered polypropylene jute and rod guards. The bales measure ** mm. - tons of this product can be transported in a -foot container.

Licensed by E.I. Du Pont De Nemour based in the US, Acrylic Factory #   has been producing Acrylic Fibers in Iran for three decades. The major monomers used in the production of acrylic fibers are acrylonitrile (AN), methylacrylate (MA) or vinyl acetate (VA). The acrylic fibers from Acrylic Fiber Factory # are produced using Slurry Polymerization and Dry Spinning. The fibers from Acrylic Factory # can be produced with a detex of .- dtex and a cut length of - mm and can also be produced variously on a customized basis. The factory is also capable of producing microdenier fibers. Good tenacity and uniform dyability are among their other outstanding characteristics. The production technology as well as the overall, physical and mechanical characteristics of the fibers is such that they have placed them in the Dralon products by Bayer, Germany. اسپاندکس، لایکرا یا الاستان نوعی لیف مصنوعی است. که به دلیل خاصیت الاستیسیته ی خوبی که دارد بسیار مورد توجه است.. این لیف نوعی کوپلیمر است. که در سال توسط شیمیدانی به نام  Joseph Shivers در شرکت دوپانت (DuPont) کشف شد. صرف نظر از روش است.فاده شده برای تولید اسپاندکس، ساختار شیمیایی محصول نهایی یکسان خواهد بود اما ممکن است. الفاظ مختلفی که برای این پلیمر به کار میرود سبب سردرگمی مصرف کنندگان شود.

به عنوان ماده اولیه برای تولید زنجیر اصلی این پلیمر از دو نوع پیش پلیمر ماکروگلایکول انعطافپذیر (flexible macroglycol) و دی ایزوسیانات سخت (stiff diisocyanate) می توان است.فاده کرد. این ماکروگلایکول می تواند پلی است.ر، پلی اتر، پلی کرنات و یا ترکیبی از آن ها باشد. پلیمرهای مطرح شده پلیمرهای بلند زنجیر با گروه های هیدروکسیل در دو انتهای خود هستند و مهمترین ویژگی آن ها بلند و انعطاف پذیری آن هاست. دی ایزوسیانات دارای زنجیر کوتاه تری بوده و در دو انتهای خود دارای گروه ایزوسیانات است. و همین باعث سختی آن میشود و است.حکام زنجیر را به دنبال دارد.
