The Nano-Care Deutschland AG focused in its early days on silicon dioxide (SiO) technology and developed innovations mainly based on silane, polysilazane, and polysiloxane. But the competences have multiplied: nowadays kerosenes, hyperbranched polymers (dendrimers) or hybrid materials are successfully used. Gore Tex and Sympatex membranes can be re-impregnated once the effect wears off.
