The production lines of this company are used to produce all kinds of PVC pipes with different sizes and thicknesses for use in buildings, sewage, agriculture, cable channels, and so on. خط لوله عایق حرارتی تولید شده توسط JWELL دارای طراحی منحصر به فرد و بدیع است.. این یک اکسترودر تک پیچ با کارایی بالا را اتخاذ می کند و با معرفی فناوری پیشرفته خارجی تولید می شود. پردازنده PLC زیمنس عملکرد پایدار و قابل اعتماد تجهیزات را تضمین می کند.

در حال حاضر گلوله های پلی اتیلن و پلی پروپیلن عموماً توسط اکسترودرهای تک پیچ تشکیل می شوند. بیشتر پیچ‌ها پیچ‌های سه بخش تمام رزوه معمولی نیستند، اما عناصر مخلوط‌کننده به پیچ اضافه می‌شوند تا اثر اختلاط و پلاستیک‌سازی را افزایش دهند.

Double wall corrugated pipe is mainly used for water drainage system. It is fully computer controlled line. It features high and stable output capacity, and highly automatic operation. For PE and PP, you can choose high efficient single or double screw extruder; For PVC, you can choose conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin-screw extruder. Forming system consists of mould and corrugator .Mould blocks can be easily changed and they have air or water cooling system. The belling process is on line. High precision cutting can be guaranteed by cutting machine. The production line can also be equipped with SIEMENS PLC system.
