Wintech, the leading global PVC profile manufacturer, was established in Antalya in , with a half century of knowledge and experience of Çağlar Plastics Ind., which is one of the pioneering window producers of Turkey. Wintech moved to the new facilities in the Antalya Industrial Zone in , which is one of the biggest industrial zones of Europe. Manufacturing process is carried out in shifts seven days a week, hours a day in the Wintech facilities which cover an area of K m².

As a company which is conscious about its environmental responsibilities, Adopen has determined methods and put them into practice in order to determine the environmental extents and effects of its activities during all of the phases and supporting processes starting from the manufacturing of the product until the completion of the shipment. Adopen will remain sensitive about all of its activities being carried out without causing environmental pollution. Therefore the following points have been adopted as our principles;

Before the produced profiles go to the shipment stage, impact strength, corner strength, welding suitability, change of size after hot soaking, behavior after hot soaking, color fastness against weather conditions (aging), determination of vicat softening temperature, charpy impact resistance, mechanical resistance against weather conditions tests such as. Its appearance, color, brightness, size and dimensions and surface are constantly checked.

It is possible to recycle PVC profiles thanks to recycling. Profile production wastes, cut - broken parts can be recycled for cleaning, which can be used in re-profile production. Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) is a systematic approach to reveal the environmental impacts of products and services in detail. Today, this method, which is especially used to analyze and report the environmental impacts of the products, takes into account all stages of the life cycle, including the production processes, shipment, consumer use and disposal as waste after use.

In order to maintain customer satisfaction, it is evaluated whether the customer’s conditions are met or not, and the changing expectations of the customer are shared with the employees; and product improvement as well as certification works are performed.
