This process is especially effective for producing food containers with wide mouths, such as tubs, vials, jars, pots and trays. The plastic used is thin and light to hold the overall product easily. Yet its also durable, flexible and resistant to tears, chemical spills and other damage that can spoil the food inside. The process is relatively easy and simple. This allows for faster processing times and larger scale production for larger packaging projects.
Generally, all disposable containers are divided in two categories: semi-forming (PS) and thermo-forming (PP). They differ in consuming materials, production stages and price. In all disposable container production machines the raw material melt and then are formed into sheets and get different shapes via pressing and shaping processes. In semi-forming machines, all above-mentioned stages are integrated and the consuming material is polystyrene (PS). These machines generally produce fragile containers. However, these machines produce majority of disposable containers, including bowls, cups, dishes and mushroom container. The reason is the low price of semi-forming machines compared to forming-machines. Since the containers are fragile and harmful, especially in dealing with hot, these machines are not recommended for producing disposable glasses.
For many years, we have made the production of tubes for the pharmaceutical, health and food industries the top priority of our activities and we are proud of it. And, we have tried to take long steps towards fulfilling this task and achieving quality goals and standards of the countrys health sector by using advanced equipment, equipped laboratories, up-to-date executive methods, controlling and directing current processes towards optimum production. Also, the success of receiving standard certifications from the Iranian Institute of Standards, GMP, manufacturing licenses from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, and ISO : ISO from the German TUV NORD Institute demonstrates such an effort
A wide range of plastics can be used to ensure a better match to the required properties of the containers. These materials are durable, hygienic and, if necessary, can easily be packaged into containers to keep food products fresh for a longer period of time. This process can also be useful for smaller volume projects. Great for point-of-sale promotional labels, food or beverage sample lines, etc. It also creates less waste, as much of the remaining plastic can be remelted to form another product. Also, very little post-production work is usually required, as the produced containers will look good.
During several years of professional experience in marketing and business development consulting, one of our honors was to work with Pars Plastic Khuzestan Company because of the constant emphasis of managers on maintaining quality and not using recycled materials due to consumer health. The supplier gave us a lot of hope that even in these difficult economic conditions, it is possible to find quality and affordable products in the Iranian market. We see a bright future for Pars Plastic, and this is the beginning of a strong presence in international markets.
