It should be noted that conventional plastic injection machines are used to produce disposable forks & spoons & knives and thick disposable containers such as trays, dessert and ice cream containers and so forth. The only difference is the changeability of molds by which the containers can be produced in different models and cavities (number of products in each press) in accordance with customers’ order.

During several years of professional experience in marketing and business development consulting, one of our honors was to work with Pars Plastic Khuzestan Company because of the constant emphasis of managers on maintaining quality and not using recycled materials due to consumer health. The supplier gave us a lot of hope that even in these difficult economic conditions, it is possible to find quality and affordable products in the Iranian market. We see a bright future for Pars Plastic, and this is the beginning of a strong presence in international markets.
Pars Plastic Khuzestan Company was established in in Khuzestan with the aim of producing sheets and packaging containers for food and dairy industries in Ahvaz. The company initially started with polystyrene and polypropylene sheets for the dairy industry and used in form-filling & seal machines with a capacity of tons per year, and then in began to install machines Thermoforming and dry offset printing with the latest technology and increasing production capacity to tons of polystyrene and polypropylene sheets and containers.
Setting up a single-use container production line with an injection molding machine also provides great versatility regarding the type of plastic chosen. This enables the production of food containers with custom finishes, shapes, fasteners, colors, printing and custom branding. Common plastics or polymers used in the production of food containers include polypropylene, styrene and polyethylene. These have flexible properties, resistance to heat, chemicals and wear and tear, plus excellent hygienic integrity.
