In textile industries, a major need is for a combination of different detexes of fibers to achieve optimal conditions for yarn production. Following numerous studies, to realize the customer-centeredness motto, Acrylic Plant # obtained the patent and production license for these fibers. Presently production of these fibers runs in two mixes of . and . detexes of % and % and that of mixed fibers run in . and decitexes of %. اسپاندکس، لایکرا یا الاستان نوعی لیف مصنوعی است. که به دلیل خاصیت الاستیسیته ی خوبی که دارد بسیار مورد توجه است.. این لیف نوعی کوپلیمر است. که در سال توسط شیمیدانی به نام  Joseph Shivers در شرکت دوپانت (DuPont) کشف شد. صرف نظر از روش است.فاده شده برای تولید اسپاندکس، ساختار شیمیایی محصول نهایی یکسان خواهد بود اما ممکن است. الفاظ مختلفی که برای این پلیمر به کار میرود سبب سردرگمی مصرف کنندگان شود.

Our acrylic fibers are produced using monomer acrylonitrile as the major monomer (over %), methylacrylate or vinyl acetate as the second comonomer (less than %) and a third comonomer for dyability, by Solution Polymerization and Wet Spinning using SNIA technology. In both dull and semi-dull product, Titanium Dioxide (max .%) is used. Also, in the process of production, the fibers are submerged in finish (finish of about .%) prior to packing.

به عنوان ماده اولیه برای تولید زنجیر اصلی این پلیمر از دو نوع پیش پلیمر ماکروگلایکول انعطافپذیر (flexible macroglycol) و دی ایزوسیانات سخت (stiff diisocyanate) می توان است.فاده کرد. این ماکروگلایکول می تواند پلی است.ر، پلی اتر، پلی کرنات و یا ترکیبی از آن ها باشد. پلیمرهای مطرح شده پلیمرهای بلند زنجیر با گروه های هیدروکسیل در دو انتهای خود هستند و مهمترین ویژگی آن ها بلند و انعطاف پذیری آن هاست. دی ایزوسیانات دارای زنجیر کوتاه تری بوده و در دو انتهای خود دارای گروه ایزوسیانات است. و همین باعث سختی آن میشود و است.حکام زنجیر را به دنبال دارد.

Like other manmade fibers, polyester fibers are produced using industrial methods. Thanks to their characteristics they are good substitutes for such natural fibers as cotton. They are produced by combining dimethyl terephthalate, monoethylene glycol or terephthalic acid (substitute for the dimethyl terephthalate raw materials) in the presence of good catalysts. Titanium dioxide is used to produce a semi-dull product. Also, in the production process prior to packaging, the fibers are submerged in finish (.%). For such physical characteristics as the diameter and fineness of filaments, polyester yarn production and supply is customized. The chief application of texturized polyester yarn is filament-weft or circular yarns. The advantages of polyester yarn are:
