Salafchegan Pipe and Protection Company (SPPC) was established in with the purpose of providing steel pipes and pipe coating for oil, gas, water and petrochemical pipeline projects in the region. SPPC’s main plant is located in the Salafchegan Industrial Zone in north central Iran. The plant is located near the main highways, railroads, and transit routes in Iran. External Three-Layer PE/PP and FBE Coating Plant The external LPE/PP and FBE coating plant can apply three-layer polyethylene (LPE), three-layer polypropylene (LPP) or a wide array of different multi-layer fusion bonded epoxies (FBE) under different international application standards. The plant’s capacity is over ,, m per annum. External Composite and Bituseal/BE Coating Plant The external composite and Bituseal/BE coating plant can apply both three-layer polyethylene (LPE), three-layer polypropylene (LPP) or a wide array of different multi-layer fusion bonded epoxies (FBE) under different international application standards as well as bitumen enamel, Bituseal, and thermal insulation coatings, and Multiplex coating system. The plant’s capacity is over ,, m per annum.

در حال حاضر گلوله های پلی اتیلن و پلی پروپیلن عموماً توسط اکسترودرهای تک پیچ تشکیل می شوند. بیشتر پیچ‌ها پیچ‌های سه بخش تمام رزوه معمولی نیستند، اما عناصر مخلوط‌کننده به پیچ اضافه می‌شوند تا اثر اختلاط و پلاستیک‌سازی را افزایش دهند.

The company factory possesses three coating plants. All coting plants are configured for coating pipe outer diameters ranging from ” ( mm) to ” (, mm). The company’s coating plants offer over different pipe coating technologies, many of which are unique and proprietary to the company. Internal Pipe Coating Plant The company possesses the world’s highest capacity internal pipe coating plant in the world with over ,, m capacity per annum. The plant can apply both powder coatings and two component liquid coatings. SPPC’s internal coating plant is the only one in the world that can apply internal FBEs (fusion bonded epoxies) to the inside surfaces of pipes at high capacities in outer diameters up to , mm (”).
