همان‌طور که گفته شد در پروسه تولید لوله UPVC در وینوپلاستیک از مواد مختلفی است..فاده می‌شود که هر کدام می‌توانند موجب بروز ویژگی و قابلیت‌های منحصربه‌فردی در لوله‌ها شوند. از جمله مهم‌ترین مواد مصرفی در تولید این لوله و کاربرد آنها می‌توان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:

از طریق بالابر، مواد وارد هاپر (قیف) دستگاه اکسترودر می شود و پس از آن مواد داخل سیلندر و مارپیچ در دمای بالای درجه مخلوط شده و از سر قالب دستگاه خارج می شود. مواد اولیه داخل سیلندر و مارپیچ بر اثر دمای بالا به حالت خمیری شکل تبدیل می شود. سپس کاتر موادی که از سر سیلدر خارج می شود و  نسبتاً محکم تر از حالت خمیری شده است.. را بصورت عدسی شکل خرد می کند. بعد از آن توسط موتور دمنده گرانول های عدسی به سمت سیکلون اول پرتاب می شوند و در طول مسیر گرانول ها خنک گردیده و به سمت میز ویبراتور حرکت می کنند. در این قسمت گرانول های درشت تر و ریزتر از آن سایز که مد نظر هست جدا شده و گرانول های مورد نظر به سمت دپوی اصلی حرکت کرده و در آنجا انباشته می شوند.

دستگاه کشنده همان طور که ار نام آن مشخص است.. وظیفه کشیدن لوله را به عهده دارد. چرا که لوله با توجه به فشاری که در داخل سیلندر هست تا حدی می تواند جلو بیاید و پس از آن متوقف می شود. این دستگاه باعث می شود لوله جلو تر آمده تا پس از دستگاه کشنده، اره بتواند لوله ها را به میزان دلخواه برش بزند.

خط لوله آب از چندین دستگاه مختلف تشکیل شده است... این دستگاه ها شامل اکسترودر، وان وکیوم، وان خنک کننده، دستگاه کشنده، دستگاه اره میزی، خط زن لوله و لوله انداز می باشند. لوله انتقال آب که اکثر ساختمان ها و منازل دیده می شود از سه سایز  میلی متر، میلی متر و میلی متر است..فاده می شود.
