بیل و لودر این ماشین هرکدام دارای سیلندر هیدرولیکی هستند و پایه‌های تعادل این ماشین نیز هرکدام دارای یک سیلندر هیدرولیکی است. و می‌تواند دارای یک و یا دو پمپ هیدرولیکی برای تمام عملیات هیدرولیکی انجام‌شده توسط ماشین باشد. به‌منظور خنک‌کردن روغن هیدرولیک، یک سیستم خنک‌کنندۀ روغن نیز در ماشین تعبیه شده است. و دارای سیستم هوشمند برای کنترل فشار در هر لحظه برحسب عملیات در حال انجام می‌باشد.

بکهولودر یک شبه‌تراکتور مجهز به بیل جلو به نام (Loader) و بیل عقب به نام (BackHoe) است.. این دستگاه در اندازه‌ها و مدل‌های کوچک و بزرگ مناسب برای کار در مزارع و کارهای عمرانی و ساختمانی طراحی شده است.. از این ماشین‌آلات برای پروژه‌های مختلف است.فاده می‌شود که مهم‌ترین آن شامل موارد زیر می‌باشد:

This loader is the compilation of a rubber-wheeled loader and a crawler excavator. Just like loader, a bucket is embedded in its front and in rear, there’s an arm with -degree rotation ability for excavating holes and canals. This machine is smaller than loader and crawler excavator and its shape is similar to a tractor; back wheels bigger than front wheels and utilization in small projects. This machine is used for soil light cutting, small and medium canals cutting in accordance to shape --, dredging, obstacles elimination, light cuttings and loading for trucks. Idea for this machine was a need for a machine capable of operating as loader and a crawler but at the same time reduced in size for small scaled projects which big machine operating is not possible in its area. This is why this machine is also called multi-purpose machine.
